Associate Membership - ERC Health for Small Business

Northeast Ohio companies with 2 to 50 benefit eligible employees can participate in ERC Health Small Business, a health insurance plan designed for small businesses and underwritten by United Healthcare. In order to participate in ERC Health, employers will need to be or become members of ERC.

There will be two options available for small businesses that participate in ERC Health - a regular ERC membership based upon number of employees or an “Associate Membership” (outlined below).

An ERC Associate Membership includes:

• Online HR Research (BNA) - ERC’s Online HR Research Center provides fast answers to thousands of HR related questions plus free legal summaries, posters, job descriptions, surveys, and articles on employment related topics. It’s an easy way for small businesses to access HR related information quickly and easily. The retail value for this product is approximately $900. ERC members receive the service at no additional charge as a benefit of membership.

• Cost Savings - All ERC Associate members receive preferred rates on HR Consulting services, on-site training, public training and ERC group purchased services. Click Here for a sample listing of cost saving opportunities through ERC.

• Quick Hits - ERC’s weekly online HR and workplace newsletter provides timely workplace related information, legal updates and special event notifications.

Dues

ERC Associate Membership is only available to ERC Health Small Business Alliance Members, and is included in their fees.

ERC Associate Members wishing to add access to compensation, benefit and policy surveys, the on-site ERC Research Center and HR Resource Line (HR “call center”), may upgrade to our regular membership. The investment for a regular membership is based upon the following schedule:  

2 to 25 employees $465
26 to 50 employees $625

Already an ERC Member?

If your organization is already an ERC member in good standing you also have the option of retaining your existing membership arrangement or selecting the Associate Membership.
