Community Involvement
ERC has a strong commitment to serving the Northeast Ohio community. We volunteer and raise money for many non-profit organizations and causes throughout the region on a regular basis including:
Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland
Junior Achievement is dedicated to educating young people about business, economics and personal finances. JA programs are taught by volunteers in class and after school in over 200 schools and organizations throughout Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties.
Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® is the largest and most professional wish granting organization in the world with 67 chapters in the U.S. The mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
In addition, ERC also volunteers/supports the following organizations:
- Komen Northeast Ohio Race for the Cure
- Dress for Success Cleveland
- Domestic Violence Center of Greater Cleveland
- GuitarMania, a Greater Cleveland community public art project
- The Children’s Museum of Cleveland
- Cogswell Hall
- Hospice of the Western Reserve
- University Hospitals

ERC is also an environmentally friendly workplace. We print on recycled paper and have an onsite recycling station for paper, plastic and aluminum.
