Membership Guarantee

ERC provides members with the following exclusive membership guarantee:

If a member who participates in all of the following ERC services and programs is not completely satisfied with ERC membership, ERC will refund 100% of the member's annual dues:

• Participate in 80% of ERC surveys
• Member needs to have at least one employee attend a full series of one of the following ERC educational programs -
  • HR University
  • Litigation Prevention
  • Supervisory Series
• Member needs to have at least the CEO, CFO,COO or top HR Executive attend one ERC Executive Briefing Series program
• Member needs to participate in one of the following programs:
  • ERC Health
  • ERC Corporate Retirement Solutions
  • ERC Litigation Prevention Plan
  • ERC FLEX
  • Temporary Staffing Management
  • ERC Life & Disability
