Frequently Asked Questions about ERC Membership
What happens when I submit my application and payment?
Once your application and payment are received and processed, you will receive an e-mail from an ERC Client Services Manager who will welcome you to ERC membership. In that message you will receive details about how to access the services available to you as an ERC member including your unique access codes to login to the ERC Member Center. In addition, you will get free immediate access all currently published ERC Northeast Ohio compensation and benefits surveys.
How often will I need to renew my membership?
ERC membership automatically renews every year based on the month in which you joined and the number of employees your organization employs in Northeast Ohio. An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail 60 days prior to your renewal date. For example: If you join ERC on July 15 your renewal date will be July 1, and you will be sent an invoice on May 1.
How much does membership cost?
Annual ERC membership dues are based on the number of employees employed by your organization in Northeast Ohio. In addition to an initial $150 application fee, annual membership dues are as follows:

Can someone from ERC meet with me to talk about membership?
Absolutely! A great way to learn more about the advantages of ERC membership is to attend one of our frequent ERC Orientation Programs. Or, if you can't make it to the next program, the ERC team can sit down with you and your staff in the comfort of your own office.
