Great Workplace Conference Returns to ERC in March

Cleveland – The Great Workplace Conference will return to ERC on March 12, 2008 to offer inspirational, tactical and practical solutions to building and maintaining a great workplace. The 2008 Great Workplace Conference will feature four speakers presenting four different topics.

Speakers and topics include:

• Jeff Bogart, one of Northeast Ohio’s top architects, will share insights on office and plant design
• Brian Kelly, partner at Frantz Ward LLP, will explain which workplace policies are necessary and which ones to avoid
• Susan Pyles, a senior consultant at ERC, will discuss workforce planning and how to fill positions and generate career tracks within your organization
• Pat Perry, president of ERC, will discuss current workplace trends and provide a guide for your organization to get on the right track.
