Holiday Gift-Giving Not Widespread Among Employers

CLEVELAND - December 15, 2009 - According to a recent survey of 89 employers conducted by ERC, many respondents (40%) appear to not provide employees with annual holiday gifts, but of those employers that do, some are either not planning to provide gifts this year (24%) or budgeting the same as prior years for gifts (27%).  A few employers are budgeting less for holiday gifts than last year.

If your organization historically has provided employees with holiday gifts, is your organization planning to do so this year?
