ERC Conducts Annual Northeast Ohio Salary Survey

Cleveland – ERC is inviting local employers to participate in its annual salary survey. The 2008 ERC Salary Survey includes 223 jobs spanning the following categories: accounting, finance, administration, customer service, sales, engineering, health and human services, human resources, information technology, maintenance, marketing, non-profit, production, purchasing, distribution, safety, and science. The report is scheduled to be published in May of 2008 and will report data broken out by years of experience, industry, organization size, county, annual revenue, and profit/non-profit classification. Participation is free, and any Northeast Ohio employer may complete the survey between now and March 14, 2008. Interested employers can participate online at www.ercnet.org/surveycenter.
