ERC Surveys Northeast Ohio Services Industries

Cleveland– ERC (Employers Resource Council) has expanded their compensation surveys to include new surveys designed for the needs of local organizations in the services industry - specifically health/human services and financial/legal services. ERC has launched two new compensation surveys: the 2008 ERC Non-Profit, Health & Human Services Compensation Survey and the 2008 ERC Financial, Insurance, Banking & Legal Services Compensation Survey. These surveys are open for participation from now through June 30, 2008.

With over 80 years of experience in conducting compensation surveys, ERC is known for providing the most comprehensive, reliable, timely, and local market data for Northeast Ohio businesses, specifically. These new surveys will provide local compensation information for the region's organizations in the services industries. The 2008 ERC Non-Profit, Health & Human Services Compensation Survey will survey the salaries and wages of Northeast Ohio employees across 83 positions related to human and social services, medical and health care services, client and patient services, community relations and education, development, and arts and museum services. The 2008 ERC Financial, Insurance Banking & Legal Services Compensation Survey will survey the salaries and wages of Northeast Ohio employees on 76 positions related to accounting, financial, compliance, risk management, claims, tax, audit, insurance, banking, and legal services.

“By expanding the scope of our compensation surveys to industries where job growth is occurring in our region, we intend to provide more Northeast Ohio organizations in the services industry with the data they need to attract employees,” says Marty Mordarski, Director of Research and Membership at ERC.
