ERC Surveys Northeast Ohio Wages

Cleveland – ERC (Employers Resource Council) has launched their 2008 survey schedule including nearly a dozen compensation and benefits surveys that compile a broad range of market data on positions across a range of critical job categories.

ERC’s survey schedule for 2008 is available at www.ercnet.org/survey/schedule.asp and includes a listing of dates for participation, deadlines, and when results will be published. These surveys are available to all Northeast Ohio employers for participation as well as for purchase. ERC members who participate in these surveys will receive these surveys at no cost.

With over 80 years of experience in conducting compensation surveys, ERC is known for providing the most comprehensive, reliable, timely, and local market data for Northeast Ohio businesses. ERC’s data is collected from actual Northeast Ohio employers. Constantly striving to improve the quality of data provided to local organizations, this year their annual compensation surveys will be providing data segmented not only by industry, organization size, and union affiliation, but also by county, annual revenue, profit/non-profit classification, and years of experience. In 2008, ERC will also be expanding their compensation surveys to include industry specific surveys targeting financial, banking, and insurance institutions as well as health human, and social service organizations.
