Employee Engagement Surveys (EES)

The ERC Employee Engagement Survey (EES) assesses employees’ level of engagement or commitment to an organization. It identifies factors that contribute to their engagement including:

  • Organizational culture
  • Career development
  • Training
  • Challenging and interesting work
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication
  • Rewards
  • Empowerment and control
  • Cooperation and teamwork

The workplace practices assessed in this survey have all been shown to statistically correlate with employee engagement through replicated studies conducted by organizations considered to be key players in employee engagement research. A six-point, forced choice rating scale spanning levels of agreement is used to measure employee responses. The employee engagement survey allows for minimal to moderate customization to meet organization-specific needs.
