Communicating Effectively
In this course, participants learn about the communication chain, sender/receiver dynamics, interpersonal communication styles and verbal and non-verbal messages. Social Styles provides an eye opening experience of how each of us relies on certain behaviors that dictate how we communicate with one another and the effect our style has on others who possess a different style.
This module places a strong emphasis on skill building and practice, and is designed for anyone who has to communicate with others, one-on-one.
