Sexual Harrassment
Preventing Harassment in the Workplace

This program covers the basics of what sexual harassment is (and is not), along with a review of other forms of discriminatory harassment, including race, religion, age, gender, and sexual orientation. The course will also cover the basics of handling a complaint, steps in conducting an investigation, and the importance of creating an appropriate work environment. Points learned will be applied in playing a board game in which teams compete against each other in evaluating and addressing harassment scenarios.
