Problem Solving
The purpose of this course is to teach problem solving tools and application to anyone who currently participates in team meetings and specifically, problem solving meetings. The course helps team members determine what the real problem is, and provides a process for solving the problem in a structured manner. Team members will gain experience in solving different real life problems using the problem solving tools taught in the course such as brainstorming, flowcharting, multi-voting and nominal group technique.
This highly interactive workshop will help participants learn to work through a structured process for solving problems, rather than jumping to solutions which is a common shortcoming of most teams. This course is highly recommended for designated team facilitators and team leaders; including managers, supervisors, line-workers, and technical experts who are expected to work in a team environment.
