Employee Empowerment
Is empowerment something someone else can give us or is it something we need to embrace within ourselves? This workshop provides a framework for involving employees in decisions that will impact them and their organization, in a positive way. Participants will have opportunities to practice new skills and strategies that will enable them to be more successful within their own area of control.
Through the use of a simulation, participants will experience how various roles and positions, as well as hierarchial level, are effected by organizational space. It is that space that causes disconnects, conflict, missed communication and lack of clear information.
Key Learning Points:
- Learn How Organizations Experience Hierarchy
- Develop Strategies for Working Together Across Silos
- Recognize and Avoid the Disempowering Pitfalls
- Learn to Build Partnerships in Lateral Relationships with Peers
- Create Exciting New Strategies for Moving Forward
