Behavioral InterviewingThe purpose of this course is to provide participants with the behavioral interviewing techniques and questions to help their organizations hire top talented employees. Participants will learn the importance of proper preparation for an interview, understand and practice the four interview phases of a behavioral interview, discover the best techniques to select employees, and review legal and illegal interview questions.
