Strategic Recruiting

Can Companies Attract Top Performers by Being Average? The purpose of this training is to create increased awareness of the critical need for intentional and proactive talent acquisition, and to provide HR professionals with some tools to build a better workplace in order to attract and retain top performers. It is HR’s responsibility to educate executives on the importance of seeking top performers, be leaders in building a workplace that top performers want, and show executives the long-term financial success (and survival for the company) by hiring great employees.

All levels of Human Resources professionals involved with staffing, recruiting, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development will benefit from this presentation because of the value HR professionals provide by proactively finding and retaining them and creating a workplace that top performers desire.

Key Learning Points:

  • How to intentionally seek Top Performers
  • How HR professionals should concentrate their efforts on working with executives to build a workplace where top performers will seek and stay
  • To enumerate the financial impact Top Performers can have on an organization
  • Making talent acquisition an organizational, not HR initiative
  • Examining the "dollar difference" in Top versus Average Performers
