Stress Management

No matter the level of employee, the pressure on the workforce is greater than ever. Studies continually show that "stress" is a major factor in employee absences and health care problems.
For many employees there is the fear of being let go. Many others are doing twice the work they used to do for the same money. Many workers are just bored with their jobs. Their energy seems to be sucked out by the repetition. An incident of violence shows just how tough interpersonal relationships can be at the workplace.
In this class, participants will learn strategies and the rationale behind the strategies to cope with difficult situations, rediscover their passion for living and working, and tap into their creative reservoir both at work and in life in general.
There are no fast fixes for many of the problems facing the workforce today. If people want things to be different, they have to work at it. However if they don't know how to work at changing things, they waste a lot of time. This class will help them realize the problems, and provide them with solutions to solving them.
