Working Together

The purpose of this course is to train the interpersonal aspects of teaming for success. This workshop is highly interactive and involving and engages participants in how it feels to be successful in dealing with, conflict and getting to win/win, holding effective meetings, using good communication techniques, learning to make consensus decisions and understanding how groups can develop into synergistic, highly effective teams. This course is for intact (departmental) and cross-functional (project and process improvement) teams.
