This is the first session of the HR University Series. Although we accept registrations by the session, the best rates are offered when you register for the series. Each HR University session has been approved for 6 (general) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and qualifies for 8 Continuing Professional Education credits in Ohio.
ERC Refund Policy
Pre-registration and payment is required for all ERC programs. If a guest has registered and is unable to attend the program, they will be instructed to notify ERC’s training hotline immediately at 440/947-1300, training@ercnet.org. Based on the circumstances, one of the following accommodations will be made:
- We will invite them to send a substitute attendee. OR
- We will hold and apply their program payment to another ERC training program of their interest (or a later date for this program.) OR
- If neither of these accommodations will work, ERC will issue the guest a refund minus 15% administrative fee.
