I really enjoyed the HR University series. The series provided a wealth of information and the networking with others from HR was priceless.

Informative, well-run and career-enhancing!

ERC offers premiere training for today's novice and advanced HR professionals. The training provided keeps attendees current on today's most important topics and one step ahead of the rest.

Tom offers fresh ideas on a topic that many HR professionals fall into a rutt with. Just when I thought I had exhausted all my efforts trying to hire "top performers", Tom gives me some new ideas! Great session!

Pat Perry and the ERC staff bring true excellence to the HR field. The HR University Advanced Track is a progressive and well-prepared series bringing important HR topics to the forefront preparing today's professionals for the future.

HR University Advanced Track was inspirational and motivational. It made me realize that it's o.k. to think outside the box, take risks, aim high, and how important/valuable top talent is.

Being new to Human Resources, the HR University Generalist Track helped me expand by knowledge base. The program made my first year as Human Resources Specialist at Spectrum of Supportive Services much easier because of the knowledge I gained. Thank you, ERC!

I really enjoyed the series. I use something from HR University every day!

Advanced Track

Beginning in April is the Advanced Track, targeted toward experienced practitioners who have received previous formal training in human resources and have been working in the industry for a number of years. Topics covered in the Advanced Track are designed to provide an overview of issues that go beyond the core everyday practices of HR, but are nonetheless key to the success of any advanced HR function. Emphasis will be placed throughout the series on the bottom-line, financial impact of HR's role within the organization. In order to establish a general awareness of financial principles, the series begins with a course in finance for HR professionals.

For more information on the Advanced Track, please CLICK HERE.

Organizations purchasing two (2) or more complete series registrations at the same time can take 10% off each series fee. In order to receive the discounted series fee, participants must register for all five sessions prior to the first session.

All HR University sessions are held at Signature at LaCentre in Westlake. The facility is conveniently located at 25777 Detroit Road, just off I-90 at the Columbia Road exit. Continental breakfast will be provided at all programs and lunch will be served during full-day sessions.

Registrations for both tracks are now being accepted. Click here to download a detailed HR University brochure, or register online now at www.ercnet.org.
