ERC members have access to the most comprehensive, reliable, and timely regional compensation, benefits, and policy surveys in Northeast Ohio. Area organizations depend on ERC for this critical data for their business planning, competitive analysis and as a tool to enhance their workplace compensation practices and employee benefits.

	ERC collects and reports compensation and benefits information for over 500 executive, management, professional, manufacturing, service, and non-profit positions in Northeast Ohio.
	Through the Employers Association Group (EAG), ERC is affiliated with nearly 70 employers’ associations throughout the United States, giving members access to regional and national salary & benefits information from across the country.
	ERC members can access national wage and salary information from over 5,000 position titles through the Economic Research Institute (ERI) Salary and Executive Compensation Assessors.
	ERC members can also access several national salary surveys published by Mercer Consulting, one of the global leaders in compensation and benefits survey information.

Access to ERC survey reports is limited to members of ERC. As a new ERC member, your organization can receive free access to current ERC survey information upon joining. After you join, you can continue to receive free access to ERC survey reports just by participating!
