ERC Dental - This program is provided exclusively through ERC is underwritten by Guardian. The program offers group pooling to organizations with 50 to 100 employees and a pool for organizations with over 100 employees. In addition, ERC Dental offers Voluntary Dental as a third option.

• lower rates.

ERC Dental rates will also be reduced an additional 5% if your organization elects to provide Life & Disability insurance to employees through Guardian.
