The ERC Litigation Prevention Plan (LPP) provides affordable corporate legal services to ERC members in the areas of Ohio and Federal Labor, Employment, Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Compensation Law. The firm that provides these legal services for the ERC LPP is Frantz Ward LLP.

ERC Member Services:
There is a choice of a flat fee or discounted hourly rate approach. The plan includes two complimentary registrations for each program in ERC's Litigation Prevention Series.

ERC Member Discount:
Flat annual fees are based upon the level(s) of service chosen and size of the organization (as measured by number of employees). For example, an employer with less than 50 employees accessing the Plan's core services pays only $2,900 for the year, organizations employing 150 to 500 employees pay $6,500, while members with over 500 employees pay $10,100.

Discounted hourly rates are also available to fit the needs of an organization.
