Customized Training
The Capstone Group is the customized training and development arm of ERC that brings the training to you. The Capstone Group specializes in providing workers at all levels with new skills and strategies that will enable a company to meet its challenges and accomplish its objectives well into the twenty-first century. All of Capstone's sessions stimulate people by engaging them in lively, interactive activities that enlarge their capacity for thinking and responding. ERC is proud to partner with Business Training Library (BTL), the leading provider of e-Learning and blended learning solutions, to bring our members the ERC e-Learning Center. Our training courses are designed by the leading content providers including Skillsoft offering over 3,500 online courses in all areas of business development – including Business and Professional Skills, End User Desktop Computing, Leadership & Management, Sales & Customer Service, Workplace Health & Safety, as well as Industry Specific courseware.
