How to use

As of Monday, February 20th, the former ERC Member Center became myERC. myERC offers the same great tools and more in an easier to navigate format! Login today >>

The following guide will help you navigate the myERC online tools.

	How to Login To log in, click the 'myERC Login' button in the top right corner of ERC's website (or bookmark this link). Then login using your username and password. Forgot your username or password? Click the 'forgot password' link or contact our Membership Team at 440/684-9700.
	Where to Find Your HR Tools You'll notice that all of ERC's HR tools are now organized on the left-hand side of myERC. Simply click the tool you want to access.
	For Quick Access to our Most-Used Resources On the home screen we made it easy for you to access our most-used tools, including BNA, the HR Help Desk, Survey Data and updating your contact information.
	How to Update Your Contact Info, Email Preferences or Password You can now update your contact information, email preferences and account password right from myERC! Use either the Update Account Information or Change Password link at the top of the screen.
