EASE@WORK, a division of the Center for Families and Children, provides employee assistance services including short-term counseling, management consultation, management referrals, critical incident stress management, family dependent care including childcare and eldercare resources, referrals and coaching, legal resources and consultation, financial resources and consultation and wellness information and education including free nutritional consultations with a Registered Dietician.

• Counseling : A blended model of staff and contracted counselors allows for the most convenient access to counselors with the right experience to best serve your employees. Ease@Work has over 250 counselor/locations throughout NE Ohio and thousands nationally. We are the first EAP to offer Nutritional Counseling as part of the counseling benefit.
• A dedicated Account Manager will act as your single-point-of-contact to resolve issues fast and provide superior customer service, including utilization reports and trend analysis, to help you to better understand your workforce.
• An exclusive website enables many of our resources to be available 24 hours per day on the Internet. Employees can search for information on wellness, childcare, eldercare, legal, financial and mental health issues. Supervisors can get information on management referrals and consultations, and access timely and relevant articles on management issues.

We also have over 100 seminars available to address a wide variety of employee issues and interests. One seminar is offered for free each year to ERC member companies.
• Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP) employee and supervisor education. Allow our credentialed Chemical Dependency Counselors to provide the trainings for you, or do it yourself with our video-based education programs.
