Obtaining an Essentially Organic Vending machine is free to businesses with at least 150 employees. The company provides the space, Essentially Organic Vending owns and services the machine. On the one-year anniversary of each machine, Essentially Organic Vending will make a donation in the ERC member’s name to the Food Bank of their choice. The $100 donation will continue annually. For businesses with fewer than 150 employees, a pre-paid healthy snack delivery option is available. Please contact them for further details.
Essentially Organic Vending (EOV) provides customized healthy snack options to Northeast Ohio’s employees. EOV’s vending machines are equipped with the latest technology to accept cash, credit and debit cards. All machines come with LED lights, which reduce energy consumption, and include remote wireless capability to ensure that machines are kept fully stocked, making ordering unnecessary. Each machine can be customized with products that meet employees' specific dietary needs including gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, kosher, etc.
EOV’s food and beverage products are all-natural and/or organic, providing whole grains, potassium, protein, vitamin C, fiber, the healthy fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated) and many other beneficial nutrients. They do NOT contain high fructose corn syrup, trans fat or artificial flavors. Since they are not a franchise, they are not bound to any single supply source and are able to bring you the best product selection at the most competitive prices.
EOV’s customer service team is friendly, helpful and always available. They are adept at working with existing vending contracts that organizations may already have in place; as well as with school customers to ensure they’re in compliance with Ohio’s S.B. 210 law which regulates the selections offered in vending machines on school property.
