In summary, retirement plan limits have not changed from 2009, however, health savings plan (HSA) limits have increased slightly. The 2010 ERC Paid Holiday Survey provides benchmark information on which holidays Northeast Ohio organizations plan to observe as full or half day paid holidays in 2010.
