Holiday Gift-Giving Not Widespread Among Employers According to a recent survey of 89 employers conducted by ERC, many respondents (40%) appear to not provide employees with annual holiday gifts, but of those employers that do, some are either not planning to provide gifts this year (24%) or budgeting the same as prior years for gifts (27%).
