Welcome to the ERC HR Resource Center! ERC is extremely proud to provide our members access to this cutting-edge online HR resource, powered by BNA. It includes an interactive search engine with nearly 3,000 questions and answers on everyday HR topics as well as useful analysis and discussion chapters, model documents, and quick guidance on more than 100 topics for HR professionals responsible for writing and maintaining HR policy and procedures. It also includes state-specific information, sample job descriptions, free downloads of federal and state posters, access to BNA surveys, and the popular BNA Bulletin to Management.
