Overview
ERC has the most extensive HR research and resources in Northeast Ohio. Through the online
ERC HR Resource Center, the HR Resource Line, and the ERC Research
Library, ERC members have access to comprehensive and timely
information regarding workplace policies and practices. In
addition, the Research Center is staffed by experienced HR
professionals who provide fast and reliable assistance to
address our members' needs.
ERC members can access ERC Research information

ERC is also affiliated with the Employers
Association Group (EAG), a national group of employers associations
similar to ERC throughout the United States. If you are looking
for information for another facility or division in locations
other than Ohio, ERC may be able to assist you through our
