Tony Tomanek is a senior training consultant with ERC where he specializes in a full range of customized course offerings, instructional systems design, customized design and development and training and facilitation services.  Tony has spent over 25 years working with service, healthcare, manufacturing, and government agencies as a trainer and facilitator.

Tony is a founding partner of The Capstone Group, a Northeast-Ohio based training and consulting firm, which is part of ERC Services, Inc.  Through his work at Capstone, Tony has built a reputation for delivering top quality training services to organizations throughout Northeast Ohio and across the country.  His engaging and captivating style has helped individuals at all levels to become active participants in the learning process. (ODI), Certified Trainer - Human Synergistics, Edge Learning's Increasing Human Effectiveness (IHE), Advanced Facilitator - Philip Crosby Executive Quality College Graduate. Tony is also a past officer of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the International Society for Performance and Instruction (ISPI) and a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
