Tom Tomasula is the Senior Vice President, Executive Search with Ratliff & Taylor, Inc. He has a diverse professional background that includes 16 years of business experience in senior accounting, operations and recruiting roles.
Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Inc., Tom served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Trainer with ERC, where his focus in both his training and consulting roles was to support organizations in effectively and efficiently attracting, selecting and keeping top performers. Before that, Tom served as the Manager of Recruiting, Staffing and Relocation for Cole Vision Corporation. During his career, Tom has been instrumental in working with a variety of organizations to create and implement successful recruiting and retention programs. Tom’s clients represent a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and financial and professional services.

Tom holds a Masters of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. Tom is a former Certified Public Accountant (Inactive Status) and maintains membership in the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Tom is the Past Chairman of the Northcoast Employment Management Association, and is currently a member of the Medina SHRM chapter. He is the President of the University of Notre Dame’s Cleveland Club Alumni Association. Tom serves on the faculty of ERC’s HR University, Great Workplace Series, and Advanced Supervisory Series. Tom has a passion for helping organizations hire and retain top talent and speaks frequently on the topic at local Northeast Ohio and national business events.
