09 ERC Non-Profit Benefits Survey

This survey, published in August of 2009, reports benefits data for 80 participating non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio spanning areas including health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, training and development, pay and incentive practices, part-time eligibility, flexible work schedules, and other employee benefits and programs.  

Benefits data is also reported by organizational size, industry type, and annual revenue.  Supplemental paid time off data is available upon special request.
