09/10 ERC Policies & Benefits Survey Results
The 2009-2010 ERC Policies & Benefits Survey contains benchmark information from 196 Northeast Ohio employers on many current employee policies and benefits practices including employee contributions, 401(k) matches, severance, layoffs, termination policies, shut-downs, travel reimbursement, work hours, and more. In addition, the survey includes information on a broad range of topics including health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, pay practices, working conditions, paid time off, part-time employee benefits, recruitment, training and development, and employee/community relations. The detailed results, covering 400 questions, are broken out by organizational size.
196 Northeast Ohio organizations participated in this survey. A national report (2,427 participants from 17 employers associations) is also available. With the purchase of either survey (the local report or the national report), organizations can receive the additional report for
no additional cost (two surveys for the price of one!)
