07/08 ERC Policies & Benefits Survey Results
The 2007/2008 ERC Policies & Benefits Survey reports responses to over 395 questions about human resources policies and employee benefit offerings. Topics include health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, pay practices, working conditions, paid time off, part-time employees, recruitment, training and development, and employee/community relations. 202 Northeast Ohio organizations participated in this survey. A national report (2,194 participants from 15 cooperating employers associations) is also available.
