2005/2006 ERC Policies & Benefits Survey Results Coordinated by: The Management Association of Illinois This survey reports responses to over 395 questions about human resources policies and employee benefit offerings. Topics include health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, pay practices, working conditions, paid time off, part-time employees, recruitment, training and development, and employee/community relations. 246 Northeast Ohio organizations participated in this survey. A national report (3,045 participants from 17 cooperating employers associations) is also available on request. This survey is currently available online to ERC members
