ERC offers a variety of training programs for HR professionals from Employment Law training and HR University to legal updates and specific topics such as Performance Management, Recruiting and HR Strategy.

As an HRCI-approved provider, all our courses qualify for recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute, for PHR and SPHR Certified professionals.
