In this workshop, attendees explore a systematic and flexible methodology for scoping, staffing, resourcing, scheduling and leading any kind of project; focusing on a set of six core success factors for proactive planning in a dynamic multitask environment. Project Management (Advanced)
This workshop is for those that have previously worked on project teams. Participants work in teams to use their own relevant projects as the focal point for the learning, practice and applications in the workshop.
