  • Organize Teams to work on a problem resolution using the methods taught
  • Subjects will be corrective actions or chronic problems
  • Project is aimed at production or business issues
  • Customer complaints is a good place to start
  • The training is not only aimed at problem resolution, but at getting the team members comfortable with the rigor of disciplined problem solving
