Supervisor and Manager Training is one of ERC’s most popular training offerings. ERC’s Supervisory Series is a nationally known program that has helped thousands of supervisors be more successful in their role. ERC’s team of high energy and knowledgeable trainers use tools and interactive activities to engage attendees.

ERC’s Supervisory Series has two tracks: Series I and Series II. Each Series addresses key issues supervisors and managers face, and helps them build more engaged, productive and synergistic teams.

ERC’s Supervisory Series I and II are offered as a five-part series throughout the year at our ERC Workplace Center. (AM and PM classes are available to meet the needs of different shift schedules.)
